What You Can do NOW to Boost Your Fertility

You may be familiar with the following scenario:

You have been trying to conceive for several months and out of concern that something might be wrong you consulted your doctor. Only to receive the unpleasant remark to wait a year before they intervene.

As discouraging as this news is, we have a better idea for you.

Why would you wait if you want to get pregnant? Wouldn’t it make more sense to take action now?

Absolutely! And there are many things you can start doing right now to boost your fertility.

First, let’s determine what infertility is.

In western medicine infertility is typically diagnosed when a couple has not managed to conceive after a year of regular, unprotected sex, or after six months if the woman is older than 35 years of age.

Doesn’t that seem strange? We believe, if you and your partner are healthy and the timing is right you should be able to get pregnant now.

That you have tried in vain for several months simply means something is amiss and your body doesn’t have the energy to make procreation a priority. There can be multiple reasons for this and most can be remedied with lifestyle changes.

We always recommend starting with a detox to remove any toxins that over burden your body and may contribute to challenges with conception. A detox also helps rebalance hormones, another potential culprit for infertility.

Detox may sound scary. However, when done through a tried and proven program, it actually is quite gentle and effective. If you are not familiar with it, check out our Better Body Detox. We designed it with you in mind and provide you with fun facts, professional guidance, videos, delicious recipes, and more.

The most important thing is to start now to increase your chances of getting pregnant soon.

And once your body is in better shape, it is time to beef up the nutrients your baby will need during a healthy pregnancy. Nourishing your body the best you can is creating a welcoming environment for the fetus to develop and grow properly.

More about that at a later time. Stay tuned.
